When I used this item I put them on over night took them off in the morning and no results. They are more like covers and not patches to help with acne. I don't recommend if you want to get rid of pimples or acne. More for covering when going out.

I always use the mighty patch, however I wanted to try these since I always see them. I absolutely did not like the product they did not stick to my face. I washed my face make sure it was dry and a couple minutes later it was on the floor.
