Have had this frypan for a year and have found that most foods are sticking to the pan, reguardless of the temperature used and the amount of cooking oil. I have been wondering if it’s my cooking?

first time using it was great, the non stick surface was easy to clean. unfortunately third used the food started sticking, and ever since then the non stick property is no longer.....everything sticks...

I have enjoyed Starfrit products for years. However, this specific item has some quality control issues I'm guessing. I purchased this frying pan and it chipped in a certain pattern along a 2 inch length (not a scratch). I returned it and got a replacement and the exact same thing happened in the same spot. I won't buy this model again.

When I first bought this I was so happy then after a few uses the no stick finish stopped working. We did not use high heat on it either. The finish on the pan still looks new but now even with oil in the pan it will stick every time. Do not buy.

Have had the pan for several weeks now and were quite amazed already when using it for the first time! We looked at a lot of pans before selecting this one, the coating just seemed of better quality, unlike some that were rather similar to the old Teflon type. I've fried chicken and pork chops and they brown so nicely and don't burn nearly as easily! And, and of course, pretty much no sticking whatsoever and a total breeze to clean! Gonna give it a few more months to see how it continues to hold up and if we remain pleased, we'll purchase a second pan. This could also end up being an excellent go to gift when needing to pick something up for others!

I love this frying pan. No oil or butter to begin with, just add as you need once the meat starts to brown. Took a bit of getting used to but I love it now. Where can i buy a lid for this pan? Thanks

bought this frying pan few days ago at Canadian Tire , wanted something non stick and non chemical . Have other brand name pan with coating that has come off , not happy with it .. so far this pan has been amazing .. use a small amount of butter when cooking and can wipe clean .
