STAUB Cast Iron 0.25-qt Mini Saucepan

I love this pot. The natural cast iron properties heat evenly and hold t for a lonemperatureg time. The enamel coating means no seasoning and its so easy to clean. The matte texture give great browning and easy release. The spikes on the underside of the lid help keep my sauces from drying out, redistributing moisture as it condenses.

A nice little sauce pot. perfect for keeping BBQ sauce or other cooking sauces safe on the grill or stovetop. The Cast iron will heat and keep the temperature longer than stainless steel and will no react with acidic foods.

This is a nice size for serving individual melted butter for lobster, artichokes, or popcorn. Staub saucepans heat up quickly, and retain the heat which makes them good for individual servings of warm or melted dishes.

I love this little saucepan. It is perfect for making herbed butter or simply use to serve melted butter in! The graphite grey color is very nice!

Nothing beats Staub cast iron! The beautiful, shiny exterior, durable enamalled inside that requires no extra care, plus the awesome heat properties cast iron naturally has, make it the perfect cooking vessel. I love keeping this one on my stove all the time. It's perfect for melting butter or chocolate, or making a single serve dessert. Such a great size and easy to handle.

Anything you can do in your mini stainless saucepan cast iron can do better! Cast iron has a superior heat distribution to any other cookware. Staub cast iron does not need to be seasoned and the matte black interior cleans up so easily .

If you do not have a fondue pot, this is an excellent substitute. It’s great for melting cheese, chocolate, caramel and butter. This is the mini I use for lobster and crab cocktail. As you would expect, it will hear quickly and evenly and stay hot longer. The long handle is a bonus. Excellent pot!!

Yes this is tiny - ramekin size but is perfect to toast herbs, melt butter, roast garlic and for the small batches of sauces and jams I make weekly! Clean up is a breeze and sturdy will last a left time.
