[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 9-inch baking dish as part of a set with the 12-inch one. It's been great so far for baking and microwaving. Yesterday, I steamed green beans in my microwave using this dish and they turned out perfect. The dish was just the right size for a side dish, and looks beautiful enough to serve out of. And cleanup was easy too - I love that it's dishwasher safe. Definitely glad I purchased it.

Perfect for cobblers and crisps! The baker can go from the freezer to the oven, up to 572F with no thermal shock problems so go ahead and make a meal ahead of time, freeze it and pop it into the oven when you need. It also goes in the microwave and is dishwasher safe.
