Step2 Side by Side Push Around Roadster

I bought this for a birthday in July of my twin granddaughters , so it hasn’t been assembled yet. Took advantage of the sale. Step 2 products never disappoint!

We bought this two seater push car for my great grandbabies and they absolutely love it. There is plenty of room for the both of them as the seat is one solid open seat with the two seat belts. The car is so easy to handle. It rides really smooth and this car is made very well. We had a couple problems with a couple parts but this company took care of everything with absolutely no problem. The best company I have ever dealt with. You can’t go wrong with this great fun two seater car and this company you’re buying it from.

It's incredibly difficult to put together. I'm almost afraid to use it as it seems like the wheels could just pop off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little car is easy to push, has a great turning mechanism, and has kept all three kids entertained as it is easy enough for my 8 and 4 year old to push. The assembly was a bit of a struggle, but once we got through that it was worth it! We used it to take our 2&4 year old trick or treating in!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’re a daily walk type of family, and the side-by-side push around roadster made our nightly walks just a little bit more fun! From the pictures online I had doubts about it fitting my 4 year old and 1 1/2 year old, but it fit both of them perfectly, with wiggle room to spare. My girls loved pretending to drive with the steering wheels, and the horn that “beeps” was a huge added plus. Our nightly walk has different types of terrain, and I love that this could handle bumps in the road, and we were even able to push through the grass. Definitely a must have for one child, or two! I wish I had this when my older kids were younger too, because it is just so fun for them. Pushing was a breeze, and I highly recommend this!

So easy to push, very smooth but my almost 4 year old is tiny and her knees hit easily. So bummed! Wish it was a little bigger.

Car was very easy to maneuver and turn. Love that it has a phone holder and that you can use both hands on the handle vs only one hand. Great gift idea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our young boys love playing outside and love “driving” around in this push around roadster. It wasn’t too difficult to put together, but you will probably want a drill or electric screwdriver. The two seats, each with their own steering wheel, limits the amount of fighting when they are playing.

We had a single seater buggy that our oldest loved but we recently upgraded to the side by side 2 seater so that both of our boys could ride together and they love it! The handle is at a great height to easily push both of them (we are tall people) and the assembly instructions were easy to follow.

The ease of pushing my 2 & 4 year olds is a blessing. My 4 year old barely fits but granted he is big for his age. The car is light weight, easy to store and sturdy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids are loving this Push Around Roadster! The design is so nice, with 2 steering wheels to prevent unnecessary arguing from the kids! When we took this to the park, I had many people tell us how cute it was. It is very easy to push and street, even so my daughter can push her little brother around with ease. It is a little tedious to put together, but if you gather all the tools needed before hand, it spotless be quick to breeze through the instructions. I highly recommend an electric screwdriver. It has a really nice appeal and is fun for everyone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a large box with the product in a few pieces. All together it took my handy husband about 30 minutes to put it together. It stated on the paper that particular wrench was needed but the instructions had the wrong size wrench. Once it was finally together, we had a blast. We drove it all around our house and outside of our house. It is a smooth ride. We fit a 4 year old and a 3 year old in it. And also the 3 year old and a 1 year old in it. I liked the seatbelts in it as it kept thek stable during the ride Their faces lit up as they were steering and honking the horn. I like the cell phone holder on the handle so I know where it is at all times. Driving it on the sidewalk is also smooth and not bumpy for the kids. My 11 year old had a great time maneuvering it easily as they pushed around their small cousins! Perfect size for little ones and just a cute looking car!

The Step2 Side By Side Push Around Roadster is a winner! Assembly was simple (my husband put it together in less than 20 minutes), and my son jumped in immediately—even eating his dinner in it. I love the safety of the seat belts for our walks, and it handles great on both the road and sidewalk. Plus, it’s easy to wipe down, which is a lifesaver with my messy kids. Highly recommend!

The box includes all necessary pieces to assemble the roadster minus the tools. We did note the directions did not indicate the correct tools at times but we were able to figure it out. Also the items listed in the inventory list did not always align with the parts indicated in the directions. We were able to try different options until we figured out the correct set-up. The roadster itself is very sturdy and the handling is great! Our little ones loved it and we can't wait to take it on our trip to an amusement park later in the month!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perfect for toddlers! My 1 and 3 year old LOVE riding in this! No more fighting over trying to get out of a stroller. They are totally secure with the seatbelts but feel like they are in control and driving the roadster (even though I am the one pushing and steering). This is also lighter than our stroller and easier to push and steer, and it takes all the rough bumps of our walking route like a champ. I really am loving this!! Gives me time to listen to my podcasts while they are occupied and out in the sun and outdoors.

When we received the package, my husband put it together in no time, and we were off! It is such a fun addition to our daily walk. Our walks are ~2 miles with some hills and bumps, and I was surprised by how well it handles. I was comfortable pushing it at a good walking speed and my boys had a blast driving. I was worried about their fit - I have a 4 year old and very tall/big 2.5 year old - but there is plenty of room for both of them! I appreciate the EZ-Turn Wheel on the bottom - it makes the roadster so easy to turn and maneuver. I also appreciate the phone compartment that is included on the handle for parents. The Roadster is surprisingly quiet, and so, so cute! My boys got a ton of compliments and smiles from everyone who passed us on our walks. The only con I can come up with is that it doesn't have a "real car horn" as mentioned in the description. Don't get me wrong, my boys still love pushing the horn and hearing the squeaky noise, but I do think they would enjoy a more realistic car horn. Their baby brother smiles every time he hears the squeak - he will love it when he's bigger! The Side-by-Side Push Around Roadster is a quality product from Step2 that I know will still look great and ride smooth when he is able to ride in it.
