Sterilite 14028606 Divided Storage Case for Crafting and Hardware

These are such a neat and tidy way to clearly store items but still be able to see what you have. I first bought one case to store office supplies, since I use a big table to work on instead of a desk with drawers. I liked this storage solution so much that I sought out other similar products in the line and found the two level stacking/locking version, which I used to store and sort buttons on the top level and thimbles on the bottom. Then I got two more of the flat divided cases and another of the two level cases and used them to store my smaller Garfield collection items. I ended up preferring these flatter cases, because they seemed to showcase the items better and stacked on top of each other very nicely. I would think that these cases might work well for someone selling smaller items in a traveling craft show, since you could stack the boxes for traveling and when you got there just pop the cases open and leave them items in the cases.

I have bought two cases and several of the stacking organizers with divided areas for sorting. My only complaint is there are not enough dividers to properly sort.

While the container is a great size for crafting purposes, unfortunately I received all of them with the plastic pivot point broken off from the container (so that the latch was what held the lid on). This could easily be solved with better packaging during shipping.

All six of the containers were broken upon arrival. Very disappointing. I had previously ordered the same box and 2 out of the 6 were broken. The hinge is where they are broken.

2 of 12 came broken. I had already sorted hundreds of tiny pieces upon discovering the damaged items. In order to obtain a refund I’d have to undo a lot of work. So I’m stuck with the broken items.

I bought this for additional storage for my jewelry making supplies. Love the extra divider bins inside. I'm able to use them with or without the container. so many different uses. Need to get some more

I've had these boxes since '96 for my lego collection. My only complaint with the company is that I cannot get replacement lids and/or clasps for any of their fine products.

I love this box. I use it to organize Lego pieces. Highly portable, stackable, and just the right size. It couldn't be more perfect for the task.

I fill with treats for gifts. Looks great and handy to have for legos and hair accessories.

I use it to keep diabetic test strips and lancets in. I also have several more the I keep sewing and knitting notions in. They are very convenient. They are very sturdy and stack nicely.

These containers rule. I make a lot of stuff and these are perfect for sorting out items. I use them for storing my polymer clay, misc items and accessories... Initially I bought only one, but when I realized how handy and well made they are? I went back for three more. I will buy again and do recommend.

We have a bunch of these for one daughter and I'm here to buy some more for my other daughter. They have gotten quite the collection of Legos over the years and these bins allow them to sort the Legos by color or by type. Since the inside pieces are removable they can easily grab out a section they want to use and move things around as needed. They close up nicely with the clasps so we don't have to worry about them popping open and they are flat enough to slide under their beds or dressers when not in use. They are kind of expensive for a bin (10$ each) but we have had some for years with no issues.

I've been searching for a way to organize colored pencils in my classroom. I've bought more than one classroom set of colored pencils, but the case was cardboard and did not last long with my 6th graders. The Sterilite Divided Cases was the solution I've been looking for. I switched out the middle tray and put four long trays into each container. Now I can keep my colored pencils organized and students are working much more efficiently. I put the divided trays into the remaining bins and these work great for rock samples and other science specimens. I am so pleased with the results.

I recently purchased two of these cases as I knew they were a perfect size for drawers in my home office. I took the 3 blue pieces out of one of them and used them in my top desk drawer. I used the case for papers that are usually loose on the desk. The other one is still intact and can be used for so many things.

I use my case to sort specialty pieces from my Lego collection - these are spacious, sturdy, and you can mix and match trays from multiple containers! My only wish is there were more types of trays available! You can also fit the two thin trays in the 3 layer stack and carry trays, or steal the 6x compartment to have 12 compartments in your big box! Do be careful with the latches - they're sturdy but not indestructible! If you have kids who are a little rough they may pop out but I haven't seen anything snap.

Great for organizing kids art supplies!

I love these containers. I use them to organize my home and I use them for snack packs for road trips.

I was so excited about this box. But the clasps fell off as soon as I brought it home which made me pretty sad. Wasted money.

I won this product and it was alot bigger than I thought. It fits alot into it and helped with organizing. I highly recommend!

I work with a variety of crafts, tools, and whatever else. I can use this storage case for most anything. I have tools in one, nails and other small parts in another, doll accessories like shoes and purses in another, sewing supplies, polymer clay supplies, and the list goes on. I love these things. It is so important to have versatile storage PLUS storage that all stacks nicely for when not in use. I love having so much stored in the same kind of box. The removable blue trays are wonderful, too, allowing so much variety. This is my most favorite storage box ever.
