A: Hello, the inside dimensions of the Pencil Box are 7 1/2"L x 4 1/2"W x 1 3/8"H, therefore a 6" ruler would fit inside.

Q: The "red" and "pink" seem to be the same thing. One reviewer mentioned that theirs was red, another mentioned that theirs was pink. So, are there actually both options - red and pink? Or which is it? Can I order and specify red?

A: Thank you for your question. As of 8/16/2021 it appears that you can purchase the Sterilite Pencil Box in multiple different colors at Target. There is a burgundy, clear, gray, pink or teal option.

In past school years, these were my go to pencil box. This year, they are all breaking. I have to buy the same replacements so I keep all my pencil boxes the same. Next year I will be buying another brand. Extremely disappointed.

Excellent for organizing! A shame they appear to be getting discontinued? Mine all arrived intact, came in four colors, stack nicely, and were inexpensive, making them an excellent choice for organizing all the small things that accumulate from multiple projects. I have also used them as gift boxes that could be usefully re-purposed (instead of trashed!) for small items, but the current pencil boxes I see listed now cost five times as much!!! I would like to note that as UPS has completely crushed some of my deliveries, and others have not been packed properly by Target, I'm not sure that these arriving broken can be blamed entirely on manufacturing quality. Mine are great and I like them so much, I'm ordering more!
