Stone Lain Jules 16-Piece Stoneware Dinnerware Set, Service for 4

Beautiful plates, but scratch very easily. My white plates have make on them just from cutting food.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited when these finally arrived at my door. They were packaged secure, no chips, scuffs or damage. They are truly black which I love. I'll start with the plates, both large and small. They are the perfect size and shape. Not too heavy. The best feature though is the raised edge. Any liquid that is in on the plate will not spill. I love the shape and depth of the bowls. Perfect for soup or simply a scoop of ice cream. The mugs held my morning coffee and even kept it warm longer than my old ceramic mug. These dishes went in the dishwasher nicely. I have not tried in the microwave as I rarely use that appliance. Highly recommend these!

I love the shape of the plates and bowls. The lip is a great height and it makes them modern but not too overdone. They are a good weight, wash up quite well, and have held up to daily use. I would caution that the terracotta bottoms do pull in coloration if something like fruit gets on it. Will be adding more to be able to utilize this with larger groups!

Each piece is sturdy and has a nice textured bottom while the rest has a smooth stone feel to it. Each piece also has a bit of weight to it without being too heavy and you can tell they are great quality just from the feel of them.

This "Jules" style black 16 piece stoneware set can be used for both elegant and casual dining and entertaining. This heavy duty stoneware can be used in the microwave and is dishwasher safe. I can't wait to invite my parents over for dinner and show off my new dishes! I just love them!

I know this may seem far fetched to some but my meals have become so much more enjoyable eating off of these! I’ve been eyeing stoneware sets for some time now and let’s just say this one doesn’t disappoint. Great quality, dishwasher safe and microwave safe too. The cups are a perfect medium size and the bowls hold a lot. Not to mention the simple yet solid natural design complimenting the rest of my decor. I could keep typing on how much I love this set. Just don’t think twice and buy!
