Q: Do these plates chip easily? Are they resistant to chips?
A: I love this set but they chip and crack easily. I treat them just like china with felt in between each item. I received a 14 place setting for Mother's Day 2021 from my kids. I barely use them.

Q: Has anyone experienced silver/grey marks on these plates after use with steak knives and or forks?
A: whoever answered Sara's question provided a useless answer. There were no care/cleaning instructions that came with the produce. Only instructions received were dishwasher safe imprinted on the bottom
submitted bySadden - 2 years agoA: Those are scuff marks from your utensils. A paste of Bar Keeper's Friend and a little water should take those right off. Apply and scrub with a sponge or non scratch pad.

Q: Is the gray really that gray? I like the look in the pics but it looks more like an off white.. I don’t really want a true gray..
A: I would call them off white with a beige outline. But dont waste your money. They chip very easily. They are pretty but poorly crafted.
submitted byem_kren - 3 years agoA: Yes, they are truly gray. The ones I saw in the store, while they have some variation, are darker than they appear online. The swirl ftom the potter's wheel in the clay beneath the glaze is more visible as well. The sour cream color is a warm white and may be closer to what you want.

Q: On the cream dinner plate, is the edge of the plate a brownish color?
