Toxic paint smell

The bed is has a horrible toxic paint smell. It has been over 2 weeks and the smell is persistent. We had to trash the bed, we cannot get a refund. My son ended up with headaches and nausea from this toxic chemical/pain smell. I am a chemist and I will get this tested and sue this company and target for not standing on the items that they sell.

good bed frame. does everything it said that it does. set up took me and a friend maybe four hours because of all the things that needed to be put together but the instructions are relatively straight forward. the panels at the end of the bed and on the headboard are flimsier than I would have liked but still a sturdy bed
