If you notice some residue around the cap, or when opening the cap for the first time a little comes out without hardly squeezing the tube, this is normal. The tube will have some pressure when releasing the cap for the first time. White residual around the cap suggests that the product during filling may have had some excess product that has dried around the orifice of the tube.
