She’s about to turn 13 and wanted an upgrade to her space to reflect her age and personality. I know the theme of the Storkcraft brand is for nursery’s and younger children but these pieces are so modern, so classic and beautiful that they really don’t have an age limit. My tween loves her dressers! She wanted white with a hint of wood and the California design reflects that perfectly!

I LOVE THIS DRESSER! When I tell you this is the most beautiful as well as the color is just perfect. One of the most incredible features of this dresser I love is the safety mechanism on the drawers ( this is an option to switch drawers). Only one drawer can open at once preventing a child from trying to climb the drawers. Which gives me a huge peace of mind! I love this feature

I assembled it with the help of my 12 year old, so it was fairly easy (it took a few hours). It’s a great height and 6 drawers are the perfect amount of storage. Heavy duty and nice feeling piece. At least 6 steps above ikea!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I didn’t realize this dresser was originally designed for a nursery when I claimed it but it turned out to be a great choice!😅 It’s very sturdy, well made, and looks beautiful in my space. Assembly took about three hours but everything came together perfectly — no chips dents, or paint issues at all it does have a scuff at the bottom left drawer but that might’ve been my fault when moving it to my room. NOW, It did have a bit of a fresh wood smell at first, but that faded over time. Overall, it’s a high-quality dresser that feels durable and looks great in any room!!

And i didn't date use electric tools! The good thing about it is the security mechanism that allows you to open only one drawer at a time, prefect for kids! I also noticed the wood discolored! It's not dust, i wiped it away, and it did not go, shown in picture. I just hope it's not fungal!

However the drawers when opening and closing make quite a loud sound, it doesn't seem very smooth. It was easy to assemble, it's not too heavy with 4 sturdy legs.

Looks as pictured - drawers are a little difficult and do not glide nicely. The dresser was heavy but my husband had no issues with parts or putting it together.

Upon unpacking, severe damage was found on both sides. In the damaged areas, the wood had swollen and the geometry of the entire part had changed.
