I have been buying these for so long it very well may be over 30 years. Started out because my husband and I worked 3 shifts, leaving little time for cooking. We love home cooked meals. Stauffers supplies us home cooked quality with certain dishes. The one I love the best is the stuffed bell peppers. They make tomatoe sauce better than my own. I would love to have that sauce recipe! If Sauffers would only make a rolled cabbage with that same sauce. I have time now to make these and I know how but why would I?

I cooked the Stouffer stuffed peppers tonight and they were terrible!!! absolutely terrible!!! there was no flavor to the stuffing and the tomato sauce they cook in was nothing but sour!!! I am so disappointed!!! These used to taste absolutely delicious, you apparently have changed your recipe it took away all the flavor that used to be in this dish. The stuffing mixture used to be very tasty and the tomato sauce used to be very very flavorful, I don't know what you've done but you need to go back to what the recipe was before because they were terrible and I will not buy them ever again!!! You took a really good delicious product and ruined it probably just to save some money??

I agree with the other reviewer. I too am a senior citizen on a fixed income. I love the convenience of the single serving of stuffed peppers. It is my favorite Stouffer's frozen meal as well. They go on sale often and I stock up so I can microwave them in just a few minutes. They provide plenty of sauce so I add any leftover sauce to my pasta sauce and it really kicks it up a notch. This is a very satisfying and tasty meal. I highly recommend it as a staple in your fridge.

I am a senior citizen living alone and the single stuffed pepper for one is a perfect meal for me. Not only is it delicious but provides meat and veggie in a lovely tomato sauce. Sometimes I add some frozen mashed potatoes to the meal and there is enough sauce to pour over the potato as well. I usually buy 6 of these single service peppers to make sure my freezer is stocked and I can pop one in the microwave and have dinner in 8 minutes. This dinner is my favorite!

I was craving stuffed bell peppers and seemed to remember that Stauffers had good frozen stuffed bell peppers 20 years ago. These were awful. The sauce was bland and watery and the peppers were very small which was a good thing because they tasted so bad. I think they changed the recipe. Yuck.

I had bariatric surgery a year ago and have been struggling all this time to find a food that wouldn't make me gag and get sick. I finally found a meal that wouldn't do that to me anymore.... these amazing, tasting stuffed peppers!!! They are heaven sent and I am truly thankful for them!

I was surpised how yummy these stuffed peppers are. We cooked them in the oven for 52 minutes as directed, and they came out perfectly done. The peppers were soft and easy to chew, and the filling and sauce was hearty and super flavorful. My husband and I decided to have one pepper each and have it with a side of rice. (We used some of the leftover sauce in the pan to put on the rice.) I will say that my stomach felt a little bloated that evening, but my husband didn't have any issues, and mine might not have been related to the food. I would definitely get these stuffed peppers again, and if they make a "family size", we'll get that. I have been very impressed with the Stouffer's entrees I have tried as part of this cash back campaign. They are very easy to throw in the oven and come out delicious every time.

I grew up eating stuffed peppers, my mom made this dish all the time. I don't normally eat frozen meals, but I decided to try out this dish to see how it compares. The flavor profile of this dish is good, this is a quick and convenient meal. However, I don't like the fact that this uses modified corn starch and soy bean oil. These are ingredients I try to avoid in my daily life.

This was so good and the portion size is quite large. The peppers are not spicy, just delish. I only gave 4 stars because of the time it takes to cook. 16 minutes in the microwave is too much for a frozen meal.

Admittedly, I am a bit of a food snob and don't normally eat frozen entrees. But because of nostalgic reasons (my mother would always keep Stouffer's French bread pizza in the freezer for an emergency snack) I decided to give Stouffer's Large Size Single Serve Stuffed Peppers a try. I was pleasantly surprised. The packaged contained 2 stuffed peppers cut short enough to fit easily in the box. The peppers retained enough of their original shape and texture to hold a nice mix of ground beef and rice and seasonings. The stuffing had a soft texture, but I prefer it that way. The entree also came with a rich, succulent tomato sauce. The portion size would be great for one person for a filling dinner or split between two people with a hearty salad or some other side. The food snob in me was proved wrong about today's Stouffer's. I might have to stock the freezer with some French bread pizza.

First, product was super easy to find in the frozen aisle. Stouffer's has quite the selection of products. Second, I wasn't expecting too much on the bell pepper part but it had good flavor. Not as filled as the picture shows though.
