Taste was unpleasant. Eye appeal as bad. I like other Stouffer's products just not this one. Purchase/eat not recommended.
Not as good as they were 10 years ago.

Bought these at the opening of our new Publix, brought them home baked and served. The taste was aweful as if suffering from freezer burn. My daughter asked to throw hers in the trash because she felt it was not suitable for any of our animals to eat. I don't know why these are so gross the expiration date is July of 2026.

The shredded chicken was dry and tasteless. I’m sorry I bought this product. We hadn’t had them in a couple years and now I see why. Terrible don’t waste your money, salty too.

I had bought the enchiladas for something to have for over the new year. I had read terrible reviews. So I was anxious to try them. It was perfect for my husband and I. We do not like spicy food. So if you do, you can add to your taste. I have always liked everything Stouffer's made. I will continue to be a fan of Stouffer's for ever. Thank you!! ❤️ Gayle

My family and I tried this. We didn't like it. Felt like something was missing. Too many beans. No enchilada sauce. And it was spicy. Luckily, it was free to try. Definitely won't be buying this again. *Received for free in exchange for my 100% honest opinion* #ad #sponsored

Knew it was different he minute my partner told me the baking time. It was less time than previous one that we cooked. I said they must have changed to less or cheaper ingredients. As soon as I saw the finished product I knew it was different. It does not taste as good. I found no chicken in my enchilada but my partner did find some. This is not a change for the better. We used to buy about twice a month. I do not see buying it again.

This used to be chicken enchiladas. Now its mostly rice and beans which are dry. A steep decline in meat used and overall quality.

This is a dish I used to have to stop myself from eating more because it was such an effective guilty pleasure. I tried one again today and it was soul-crushingly bad. It tastes mostly like American cheese and it was incredibly bad. Bad in a way that makes one stew about it all day, ultimately deciding to post a review directly to the brand website at 10pm on a Thursday night. Bad. Hopefully other self-entitled people post their alarm and dismay and convince Nestle to improve the recipe.

Bought the party size not realizing it said new recipe. Sorry but, it was awful. Why on earth did you change the recipe. My entire family thought it was disgusting. I guess you added the beans for filler, AKA cheaper. It was so dry and the rice just disappeared. Please, go back to the old recipe!!
This is not the Stouffer's enchiladas I remember

No one in my family of five could eat more than 3 bites of these enchiladas. The chicken mixture is macerated and clumpy, the sauce is just odd, and the cheese tastes plastic. I'm seriously disappointed.
not sure why they say " chicken "

Sorry love Stouffers but this one is really awful Number one, it is mushy like baby food. Leave the rice out of this and maybe less beans. Why do I want mushy rice in a enchilada. I see on the box it says new recipe. Please fire the chef that gave you the recipe. Worse Stouffers product ever. Stay in your lane Stouffers.

I seriously wish I had read the reviews before buying this. This dish is genuinely mush. Just too salty and not any flavor period. By far the very worst Stouffer's meal I've had. You could also make homemade ones that taste better for cheaper. Wish I could get my money back !!!!
