Assembly went well. Good directions. I had issue with 2 components. I sent email on a Sunday, got response early Monday. I emailed what was requested. I proceeded to call for support. I was quickly connected with Becky. Within 5 minutes my issue was resolved. The product is a nice solid piece of furniture.

Looks very sturdy and nice though the bins could have been made thicker fabrics to hold heavy items.
