Do you know how ancient Romans and the first Christians differed in their perspective of peace with the divine? Nijay Gupta explains this and more in Strange Religion - a very illuminating and accessible book. Some of the more commonly known things within Christianity have become more profound to me now that I have a better understanding of the ways in which Roman society viewed the first Christians. I hope that reading this book will stir up in you a deeper sense of appreciation for God and the faith Christians profess as it has done for me. I had the privilege of being on the launch team for this book.
