Mariana Milán Bueno nació en Narbonne, Francia. Tiene formación administrativa y actualmente trabaja como funcionaria para la administración pública. Siempre se ha sentido atraída por los libros de temática espiritual y autoayuda. En el transcurso de su vida ha tenido tantas vivencias relacionadas con las coincidencias que le han hecho creer que existe un Universo que parece guiarnos con sus señales hacia nuestros objetivos, y que todo ocurre por alguna razón. La idea de escribir este libro surgió cuando inició su propio proceso de transformación interior. A través de su experiencia, pretende ayudar a otras personas a reflexionar sobre sus vidas, haciéndolas conscientes de la necesidad de sanar sus heridas internas para conseguir tener una vida estable emocionalmente. Conocerse, creer en uno mismo y aprender a perdonar a los demás es esencial para alcanzar la plenitud, así como luchar por los sueños, pues es lo que da sentido a nuestra vida.
