Q: How you attach car seat

submitted by Angelika - 9 months ago
  • A: Thank you for your question about the Summer by Ingenuity 3D Quick Close CS+ Stroller! This Stroller can only be used with the following car seats: the Summer Affirm 335, Graco SnugRide Click Connect 35, Graco SnugRide SnugLock 35, Chicco Keyfit 30, Chicco Fit2 and Baby Trend Secure Snap Gear 35. You want to remove the bumper bar and fold the canopy back. Make sure the seat is fully reclined. Place the car seat into stroller in the rear facing position so that it is in full contact with both the stroller seating surface and seat back. Rotate the leg rest up until it is in the horizontal position. Place the two car seat straps, attached to the stroller rails, into the Vehicle Belt Hooks and across the car seat and lock the buckle. Slide the padded buckle guard over the buckle. Check to make sure it's securely fastened.

Love this Stroller - NEED REPLACEMENT BUMPER BAR

I bought this stroller for my granddaughter to keep at my house so that I could take her for walks and use it around the house rather than carry her. I chose this stroller because of the one-handed quick close feature and the compact size without being too small. Unfortunately, an airline list the bumper bar when traveling and I need a replacement! How do I order a replacement bumper bar? My granddaughter likes to hold onto the car when we walk or put her feet up on it if she is reclining. Please help!

The assembly was so easy took less than 1 minute! The stroller is lightweight & compact. The only dislike I have is I wish it came with a stroller bag for the plane.

This thing is ridiculously hard to close or open, it is definitely NOT a quick close. I also have a Summer 3D Pac CS and it is MUCH easier to close. I only got this one because of the supposed quick open with one hand but that also is not easy, quick, or one handed. Not to mention the fold on this is bigger than the CS and doesn't have a snack tray or any bigger seat. The only thing I like about this one versus my CS is the taller handle bar for the parents. Otherwise I hate it!

This stroller would be great for first time moms. Not heavy, folds easy, and does not take up much space. I went from a double stroller to this because my 7 year old no longer fits it. I still needed a stroller for my 4 year old. This is the perfect size for him. We mainly use it if he falls asleep during errand times or theme park like Six Flags. Moves so smooth and has the compartments a mom needs.

    BEST compact and affordable stroller

I searched high and low before purchasing this stroller and I am SO glad I did. This stroller is amazing. I have owned quite a few strollers and this is the only one I truly love using. Very easy to maneuver and steer. It is so easy to fold/unfold and load in and out of the car. I can do it with the baby on my hip. Any other similar models will cost you hundreds of dollars more. This one is so user friendly, light and comfortable for my little guy. The storage underneath is ample for a stroller this size and it is easy to access. The canopy provides actual coverage of the entire sitting area. My little one can have his feet up with the adjustable footrest. Cupholder, phone holder and a sippy cup holder. This stroller has it all and it is so easy to use that I actually use it every day multiple times a day. I never opt out of using it because it is too much of a pain. In the past, I would buy a stroller and then never use it because it was too much work to get it in and out of the car. Or too much work to strap the baby in. This stroller is so easy. I love it. Would buy again without any hesitation. If I had to come up with any negatives: The one hand fold and unfold takes a little practice. It’s a little “sticky” at first, but after a few times using it .. it opens and closes much more easily. I worry that the light grey cloth will become dirty with time and doesn’t seem to come off easily for washing. But I still consider this my absolute favorite stroller and don’t think you’ll find anything better for the price point. I really looked hard before purchasing! Would absolutely buy again.

It’s a nice stroller but I don’t get the hype. It does closes up small and with ease which is awesome but the basket it way to small and seems like just an upgraded umbrella stroller.

    Best lightweight stroller for travel

    5 out of 5 stars

This stroller was purchased as a travel stroller and exceeded our expectations. The stroller was able to maneuver with one hand through airports while carrying multiple bags. The quickclose feature made moving quickly on and off of shuttles effortlessly. The under basket is a bit on the smaller side so we couldn't put the diaper bag there. However, the stroller was so convenient that the basket didn't matter much to us. My baby seemed to like the stroller and the handle bars, she kept putting her feet up on it. It was pretty comfortable for my daughter so much so that i was able to change her diaper in a pinch on the stroller. While the mechanics of the stroller are a bit rudimentary it works as a better umbrella stroller while still having the comfort of the bigger strollers.

    Perfect for travel or everyday

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have two strollers already from other brands, but they are quite large and bulky. I'm petite and even just getting them in and out of my trunk is quite the process! I was super excited to try the 3Dquickclose, as I was looking at some more compact options for strollers. Originally I thought I would want an umbrella style, but when I saw how compactly this one folds up, I thought this might be a better option for us. It's much easier to store in your car I find than a long umbrella-style stroller, and the carrying strap is super convenient for when you need to transport it when it's folded. I also like that the seat on this is a little higher and seems to be more comfortable than a traditional umbrella stroller. It more closely resembles the existing larger strollers we have, so to me, it seems much more comfortable for my toddler. The cup and cell phone holders for the adult are a very nice touch, as you don't have to go fishing around for them. It also gives the look of a much higher-end stroller with a leather-style handle and luxe fabric. We are taking our first plane ride with our toddler in a few months, and I'm really looking forward to using this in the airport and at our destination, because I was kind of panicking at the thought of how much bulky baby gear we are going to have. My only critique is that it's a little low for someone who is tall - it's perfect for me, but my husband is almost 6 feet and the handle is *slightly* low for him, but not to the point that it's uncomfortable. I'm 5'3 and for me, it's the perfect height. I'm excited to use this more now that the weather is getting nicer as it is so easy to use!

    Exactly as described

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given this stroller to test out. This is exactly as described. It is lightweight and folds very easily. My Graco carseat sits in it perfectly. Although this does not have a tray for the child or on the handle for the adults, there is still a pocket in the inside of the childs seat that is perfect for their bottle or sippy. And for the adults there is a cup holder and a phone holder attachment. The phone holder might not hold some bigger phones but fit my iPhone 11 with the case on it. There is also a pouch attached at the top that is perfect to hold small items. Other key features I loved: the opening on the canopy so you can see your child, the extra storage at the bottom, and it is super easy to recline the seat for your child when they are sitting up, and that this is versatile for use with a carseat. If you are looking for a stroller that is lightweight, folds easily, and is exactly as described this is the stroller for you.

I was not expecting it to be that light which makes it so convenient among other features like how it’s quick to close and it also comes with a cup holder + cellphone holder. My toddler loves it and it’ll be great use for when my 2nd is born!

I love the compatible features of this stroller. I have a chicco car seat so the fact this stroller worked with it, was amazing. This stroller is light weight and easy to fold and store. My baby is 6 months so we have started using it as a “regular” stroller as well. We have brought it into friends’ houses for a place for the baby to eat and nap. Great overall stroller. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to open and close, even with one hand while holding baby in the other. Collapses down smaller then many other strollers. Lots of storage space under the stroller, a pocket in the inside beside baby, cell phone holder, cop holder. They thought of everything. Oh and when it’s collapsed, you can carry it so easily. It rolls well and I live on a bumpy road and have a a gravel driveway. My son is 3 months & can almost sit up by himself, so I don’t use the car seat in his stroller because this one allows me to tighten the straps enough that I don’t have to.

I am using my baby trend carseat here. Stroller is very light and smooth on the tires. I could use it both for my newborn and my toddler.

It has great turn mobility and well balanced. Super easy to operate one handed. It was nice to be able to put my car seat in the stroller and strap it down. Love the carry strap feature. Super light and easy to open and close. Comes with a phone holder which works very well for when I feel like walking in yoga pants.

It is also very lightweight so there is no heavy lifting. My 20 pound, 7 month old baby fit into perfectly. I love that it has a compartment for my cell phone and a little window to look down on the baby. The only thing I wish is that the storage compartment was bigger, but that’s just me because I don’t know how to pack light lol. Also, don’t put to much weight on the handle or the stroller will easily flip up.

    Amazingly Lightweight Stroller!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this stroller for nearly two weeks and I love it. It’s so lightweight and easy to maneuver. I’ve never had a space issue because it folds so compactly and fits into even small cars. My daughter is on the smaller side for 12 months, so I really appreciated the ease with which I could adjust the straps (way easier than my previous stroller where you have to weave the straps throw the back and padding like a car seat). I use a Chicco KeyFit30 car seat and even though it doesn’t “simply click in” like the matching Chicco stroller we own, this Summer stroller is still easy to use. It’s so easy that I prefer to pair the car seat with the Summer over the other. My daughter loves it because it’s secure, easy to see out of, but still shields her from the sun very well. The only negative is the stroller canopy won’t shield your child from rain, but that’s nothing a stroller rain cover can’t fix. It’s so light and easy to use, I wish I had it when I flew cross country with my daughter! If you’re on the fence, get it. It’s a GREAT value for the price. If you don’t get it as your every day stroller, get it for traveling. Worth it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Super easy assembly! This stroller stays in the trunk of my car, and is great when taking it through grocery stores and shopping areas! I like the smooth glide when pushing it, and how lightweight and compact it is (great for when I am taking it in and out of my car). The only downsides are that it doesn't roll well over rougher patches (like unpaved surfaces or when there are sticks/brambles on the sidewalk), and sometimes it can take a bit of effort to get it to click open without collapsing on itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this stroller a month ago and LOVE it !! This stroller came already assembled , you just have to put the wheels on and it’s ready to go . It’s is very lightweight , easy to fold up , has adjustable recline options and perfect for a smaller on the go stroller . Our daughter loves it and it is comparable to a pricey travel stroller that we had looked at but a fraction of the cost . An added bonus is that it comes with a cup holder and phone holder for parents . It has the option to attach a baby carrier to it as well so you can start using it at birth . I would recommend buying this right away as either your primary stroller or as a second stroller for trips and outings around town !
