[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great pressure washer. Easily moveable with the wheels and hose reel. Charging isn't too difficult either. Cleans very well, I was finally able to clean the driveway and the house siding but I'll also be using this to clean the car, should work well. Easier to use than expected, seems durable too, should last a good few years at least!

It cleaned our porch, outdoor furniture, and sidewalk! I love how it has a hose reel and comes with multiple tips for different cleaning intensities. It's great and definitely worth it for household use.

I was so excited to receive this product and it genuinely exceeded my expectations! The cleaning performance is so good and it gets gunk off of anything! It’s so durable which I love! It’s versatile and you can use it for almost anything! This is very portable and isn’t too loud!

Only draw back, is I wish the hose length would be a bit longer. However, that’s not a deal breaker for me as a longer one can be purchased on their site.

The pressure washer did a good job, however used twice since new and the hose blew out. Sun Joe said it's normal wear and tear. So much for a warranty?

Reel broke but didn't really matter because it was too hard to actually use. Leaks pretty bad and has to continually repressurize without spraying. Had to return the first one I ordered because it was broken.

After using the spx3001 off and on for about 5 hours, the pressure washer failed. It started spraying and then stopping, and repeating this endlessly. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PRODUCT. It is not an inexpensive power washer and obviously poorly made. Don't waste you money on this piece of crap. I would never buy another SunJoe product.

The GFCI assembly at end of power cable cracked and they don't offer a replacement GFCI or cable assembly. Seemed to work the two time i used it

I have bought three of these machines. Two for grandkids who own their own homes.

Product works great , very good quality, and the different nozzle sizes are added plus for different jobs!

Buy the extended warranty so you will not be stuck with a burned out motor after only 3 years.

I had been wanting to pick up an electric pressure washer for washing my cars but decided to do some research and am glad I did. The SPX3001 not only meets my pressure washing needs but it exceeds them, I really like how it comes with 5 different angle nozzles. Another aspect that really surprised me was that it is no where near as loud as other electric pressure washers I have used in the past. It provides a great amount of water pressure and makes washing my cars a breeze! I'd have to say without a doubt that my favorite feature is the hose reel, it makes cleaning up so and keep the hose organized so much easier! I definitely recommend the SPX3001 if you are in the market for a great electric pressure washer.

I really like this pressure washer. It does a great job on light around the house projects. I have used it to clean cars, brick, sidewalks, and driveway. It does a good job. I also bought the rotating tip and it did good on the driveway and sidewalks. I still used the yellow tip for more stubborn areas and it cleaned up nicely. The biggest issue I have with the unit is the reel. It is more of a problem than a solution for me. It makes the overall light unit very top heavy and the handle has broken due to it falling over when using the wand. They sent a replacement, but it, too, got loose. I replaced the screw with a nut and bolt so it stays on. But I have to hold the handle while unspooling the hose because it gets caught on the housing. I would love to rate this higher, but I would NOT purchase this unit again. I would opt for a similar unit without the reel. Unit itself, without the reel, 4+ stars.

I would love this machine if I could reel the hose up without using one had to turn the hub while reeling the hub with the handle. I emailed support and they said to take it apart and spray WD 40 on it. I’m a pretty good do it yourself guy and I have no idea how it would come apart. Also WD40 is a bandaid and not a fix.

Unit very easy to connect and use. Hose reel a bit clumsy to use. Good steady pressure. Would like to be able purchase an 8 or 10 degree nozzle for extreme cleaning!

It doesn’t matter if your just doing stuff around the house or finishing a project at work, this is truly the best one out there , it’s so sufficient and work well with all projects I had going on, I didn’t want to stop using it , because it was that easy to use and does an incredible job so happy with this pressure washer
