Description
Luna is a next-generation retinol oil that boosts the look of skin plumpness, while visibly improving the appearance of wrinkles, redness, and pores. Blue Tansy and German Chamomile essential oils, both rich in soothing, Blue Azulene, visibly reduce the appearance of redness for a calm, even-toned complexion. Avocado Seed Oil is rich in anti-aging vitamins A, B, C, D, and E and plumps the skin to smooth the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Chia Seed Oil is the richest botanical source of Omega 3 and a powerful source of ALA, which helps minimize the appearance of lines.
This Sunday Riley product is vegetarian, cruelty-free, and formulated without artificial fragrances, sulfates, parabens, gluten, soy, and phthalates.
How To Use
Apply at night, to clean, dry skin. Luna goes from blue to clear when massaged into the skin. Not for use during pregnancy.

OBSESSED. I'm not entirely sure what results I'm getting (50 year old skin), but this product makes my skin feel amazing and I appreciate the ease of application. My skin feels amazing when I wake up, not greasy...just moisturized. I'll never go back to my traditional moisturizer. This is an item that I stock up on when it's on sale

This is the first review I've ever written because usually the products I purchase do an okay job, but this night face oil truly impressed me. I bought it out of curiosity, not expecting much. Before using it, I had blemishes on the bridge of my nose, likely from sun exposure, and a recent scar on my lip. Just three days after using this oil, I noticed both the blemishes and scar visibly improving and fading. I'm really happy with the results!

I have tried other SR products that I love, this is not the one. Leaves a heavy oily feel on my face and has a blue tint - it needs to be rubbed in well or you can see it. Its supposed to have a redness calming effect, but doesnt do that for me. I wouldnt get this again.

I have tried SO many retinols- creams, serums, oils. ones for sensitive skin, ones listed as 'daily use' if it's sold here or the other place I no longer shop at, I have probably tried it. THIS is the one I keep coming back to. I loathe the smell. when I first started using it again after a bit without it, I immediately cringed at the Blue Tansy. it's a personal thing. pros > smell (only con) it makes my skin feel smooth, my pores shrink, my skin glows, the fine lines in my forehead tighten. I can use it daily and it never dries my face. I wish it were more affordable, but I wish that about most things these days lol.

This oil gets absorbed in your skin right away, there is no going to bed and coming off on your pillowcase. It works amazingly well, not only gets a sore quickly but the next day you can tell the difference. I am always questioning the quick results of products, but in this case, it really does. I love it!

I have dry, insanely sensitive skin. Sometimes this works really well at hydrating my skin, other times it does not seem to do much. It does help most of the time, enough that I still use it occasionally.

Ill use this up but it wont be a repurchase for me. I dont find it as effective as naturium, medik8, or stratia. I do feel it is very drying and it did break me out when starting it. After i stuck with it, the breakouts calmed down but i know to expect that with some retinols. You can get ones that wont break you out when you start them though. Overall i could feel the reaults over time, but will stick to others at a better price point ans more effective.

I got this in a sample once & was one of few products I actually went & bought full size. Trying to save as much as possible 1 yr or 2, I had plan to rely on the sample size products in Birchbox or something similar to fill in most of my skincare extras like serums, creams, anything beyond cleanser & moisturizer. I couldn't not have Luna once I wasn't getting enough essentials & discontinued the subscription. I loved Sunday Riley lactic acid & cream, but nearly can't live without (happily) Luna sleeping oil. Just gifted to Aunt who's skincare regimen I admire & stalk. Felt good, proud I finally put her on to something for a change! I developed Rosacia years ago, over a decade. The simplest basic ingredients are best & I have been advised to avoid too much retinol & vitamin C. This is 1st retinol product that improves not irritates my skin. Wrinkles vs. Redness is always my trade off until Hyaluronic Acid became a thing. Still would rather have cheap anything else almost & squeeze this into essentials budget!!! I'm 43, my pro tip is save on cleanser - $6 or less Cera-Ve bar or real African Black Soap last months & splurge on THIS!! ***** Bonus feature: the blue-green natural ingredient tone corrects redness, so skin looks more bronzed warm tone than pale & blotchy red going to bed. Still want to be glowing after make up removed, before lights out 😉

Luna is my most favorite skin serum. I find it hydrating while actually improving the overall texture of my skin. It’s a little pricey so I usually wait for a sale to purchase. I definitely would recommend this serum to anyone wanting to improve the texture and feel of their skin.

I have really sensitive skin so I went slow when I started with this but eventually worked up to 3x a week. Back in January, I was thinking about getting filler in a deep line on my forehead but never went through with it. Cut to 9 months later, and I no longer need it! This product has greatly improved my breakouts, skin brightness, and the little signs of aging on my face. I was starting to look kind of haggard imo, but I got carded this summer, the night before my 38th birthday and I think this little bottle had something to do with it. I'd recommend this all day long!
