My baby has vision problems so she likely doesn’t see the toy but the crinkle sounds provide great stimulation. There’s also a flap with a mirror for your baby to see their reflection or just stare at something shiny. The soft teething attachment is also a nice plus.

The back has a mirror in it which is nice. I thought this was a great value for what you get. Has a silicone piece on the bottom for massaging gums which is nice as well. The top part has velcro on it if you want to stick it to something

Scent is not strong enough to freshen up a room, but strong if you smell him up close...Something you might consider if it is for a young child.
