Does not show you if ur consistent with stroke. Nor does my rower let me fold it like shown in picture. The clip would not remove. I tried using the app as well you can use the app but this model cannot be used to connect to app through Bluetooth. My phone also does not fit like in the picture

For a beginner the machine works good enough. The resistance between level 1 and level 16 isn't that noticeable so it would be better if the tension went higher. The piece that covers where the handle comes out does not stay in place and keeps popping out so that's annoying. Have tried repositioning and re-screwing and still won't stay in. Its like the plastic part doesn't fit correctly. Also, when folded up the pin doesn't hold it in a true upright position so watch your walls. Otherwise it works fine.

So far I've rowed courses that I can access via the SunnyFit mobile app, which keeps them interesting. Being able to fold the machine will occasionally be important - we have it set up in a living area. Had I realized this model doesn't have Bluetooth connectivity, I might have opted for the more expensive model - but this rower still serves my purpose just fine.

It’s quiet, easy to use, and definitely provides a good workout. It is compact and good for a home gym. My biggest complaint about this rower is it does not track stroke rate or distance. Instead, it counts the total number of strokes, which is fine to get an average afterwards, but not useful when you’re working out and trying to push yourself. It also counts calories, which is useless because the machine does not factor in your weight, HR, or any other data, so it’s giving you some arbitrary number that is meaningless and wildly misleading. My final complaint is the machine sits very low to the ground. You’re no more than six inches from the ground.

This rower gets the job done at a great value. It arrived quickly. Set up was east following instructions. I was expecting to not be very challenging with 16 levels, however a 30min Apple row workout has me dripping sweat at level 12. Pleasantly surprised and hoping it will last a few years.
