Q: All this effort and R&D to manufacturer this and then you skimp on the belt? 15.5" is not wide enough. "Steel Frame" means nothing when your weight limit is only 220.

Q: How is the belt on this treadmill. Is it known to have problem. Like slipping or sliding from one side or another. What are the main complaints about this treadmill?

A: Hello, Thank you for submitting a question! I'd be happy to help you! Adjusting & centering the belt is basic maintenance as well as lubricating the running belt. The belt can drift from side to side if you do not adjust the back bolts properly. The instructions are in the manual and our website. We have a video available to make this process as easy as possible! Slipping usually occurs if the treadmill is not lubricated properly with too much or not enough lubrication. I got this treadmill for Christmas and I put it together about two weeks ago. The first time I walked on it , it almost threw me off because it skipped or felt likes it stopped. I added more lubricant and adjusted the belt and it still keeps skipping or stopping. I think I going to take it back to Walmart.

I waited until after running 500 miles on my Sunny SF-T4400 treadmill to submit this review. In order to minimize these very painful impacts, I have to continually focus on where my hands are located (not simply on my overall form); this first concern was mentioned under other reviews. 2) Optional use of the handrail controls results in repetitive minor shocks that are not enough to be concerned about, but there is definitely a short circuit; this second concern was mentioned under other reviews. Despite the aforementioned flaws, I am happy with the SF-T4400 treadmill. The treadmill is: affordably priced, somewhat easy to move, takes up minimal space with convenient hydraulic lift, plus is easy to assemble and operate. Removal of the motor housing cover (via five screws) to periodically vacuum/wipe clean is easy.

You advertise this Treadmill comes with in app Bluetooth. That is a lie. You should not be selling treadmills with incorrect information. I bought it because it's advertised to have Bluetooth. Now I am stuck with it.

Highly disappointed with this product. This treadmill stopped working within 5 months of purchase. After contacting the manufacturer's customer care, it turns out that I have to pay for the transportation cost for the parts since they are shipping from US. Can't just believe this. Also, the manufacturer will try to have passive communication with you only through emails. they don't even attend calls. As a consumer, I'm highly disappointed with the customer experience. I managed to get the parts assembled into treadmill again with the help of an electrician at an expense of 150$ out of my pocket. Plus I paid 44$ for the transportation cost of the parts.
Even having put with all this, I realized that the part they have sent is buggy and it stopped working again. So this treadmill had issues twice in less than 6 months.

Basic treadmill, easy to assemble, good price and very easy to use controls. I just use it for walking, but my son ran on it and said it was good for running. Plus, it's 100 pounds lighter than others.

This has been a great addition to our home for the last 3 years. My mother-in-law uses it daily 82 years old and has brought her back from near death from Covid. I use it daily as well or most days when it’s not fit to be outside (for me) we purchased it used in 2020 and has gone strong since.
