Description
This outdoor offset patio umbrella with cantilever and crank will add refreshing shaded space to any patio, deck, yard, or garden. This umbrella is great for hanging over outdoor dining tables, hammocks, deep-seated patio furniture sets, and more. Each umbrella has a durable steel pole and 8 steel ribs for extra strength and durability against the elements. The 2 twist knobs on the umbrella pole may be loosened, allowing the center of the umbrella to rotate so the umbrella base does not have to be moved once it has been set in its desired location. The umbrella is made from 100% polyester for extra durability and comfort. The base can be easily weighed down with four 30 lb paving stones or concrete weights (not included). Heavy-duty water/sand umbrella bases may also be purchased separately. Easily open, tilt, fold up, and store this umbrella! Make sure to fold and tie back in harsh weather conditions for extra longevity.

• DURABLE DESIGN: The umbrella canopy is made from durable 100% polyester fabric with steel ribs and a gray powder-coated steel pole for resistance to rust and stronger support. The attached fabric ties easily hold the umbrella together when not in use.
• EASY TO ADJUST: This umbrella can be easily adjusted via the cantilever and crank. The vent in the canopy ensures the umbrella will be more stable in the wind and cooler in the heat. The hanging umbrella provides shade over exterior living spaces and patio or picnic tables.
• VERSATILE OPTIONS FOR BASES: Please note, a heavy base is necessary (not included). Secure the cross base with 120 lbs. Some options include four 30 lb paving stones or concrete weights (not included) or a heavy-duty water/sand umbrella base (sold separately). Place the large umbrella on the deck, porch, backyard, garden, or by the pool. Place it near patio furniture with the overhanging cantilevered design.

Q: The description says it does not come with a base. Does that mean tht there is no cross base to fit inside a weigthted base?

It’s excellent quality, even arrived early and fits in perfectly on my deck. Cost-wise, I managed to get the umbrella, the cover and the weights for considerably less than any of the other places I checked.

This umbrella is sturdy and is a good width. The quality feels pretty good and I'm pretty sure it will last many many summers to come. I had it out in the rain there weren't any issues. I'm able to open and close it on my own without a struggle.

It wasn't too tough to get set up. Once it is up, it's super easy to use. Feels like good, quality materials. Doesn't wobble around in the breeze. Only downside is that we want to put it under the covered porch when it rains but it's too tall. So maybe do a quick measurement before ordering if that's your plan. For the weight on the base, we just bought 4 big sand bags.

This umbrella is beautiful. The orange color is rich looking, not like a crayon. It swings in the wind but that is how it is designed so it doesn’t snap. It is easy to open and close and the span is a perfect size for what I needed for shade. I used two sand bags which fit into a canvas bag I purchased and the bags didn’t even need to be opened

Great idea, but not designed well. This umbrella was so top heavy it wouldn’t stand up on its own. The description indicated weights were “recommended”, but they are 100% necessary. Not much clearance under the umbrella, either. And, (might have just been this one) the crank was backwards. Overall, unimpressive.

We have been wanting to add a patio umbrella to our back deck around our pool for sometime. The Sunnydaze Steel 10-Foot Offset Patio Umbrella was perfect for us in everyway. It's heavy duty and made to last. It was so easy to install and came with everything we needed to set it up. It great for added coverage while we are spending time outside and for entertaining.

Love the look, but only one of the bolts is able to be inserted because the threading is stripped. Also, and more importantly, the umbrella needs weights. The company recommends the use of 4 parasol base weights which are sold separately. These weights are more expensive than the umbrella! I will be sending the umbrella back. Disappointed that ithis umbrella didn't work out.

Easy to put together it’s very nice quality for the price we paid $122.
Definitely needs to be weighed down with concrete bricks, it did blow over but it didn’t break.. we had 5 -10 lb bricks on it also
