I have been taking Colostrum for over 20 years. It is a nutural way to boost your bodies immunities, just as a mother cow boosts her babies immunities at birth! I take one dose daily(year round) and when I am feeling a cold or flu coming on I double up. Now with the threat of coronavirus surrounding us, it's even more important to keep our immunities up. Y lungs were compromised as an infant when I had pneumonia and I am more susceptible to respiratory issues. So taking Colostrum is a vital part of keeping my immunities in check. You won't notice a huge difference while taking them, but they ARE working. If you stop them you will be more susceptible. Worth every penny! I have family &.friends taking them too! NOW is a very good formula and a great value. An ounce or prevention is with a pound of care!

I bought this colostrum because it has the added bonus of olive leaf and astragalus, which have helped me in many ways. I have tried a few other colostrum products with just the colostrum and I know that the bonus of the other ingredients have doubled the benefits.
