I love the modern design for this tread mill. It has Bluetooth speakers that I can connect my phone and an app that tracks all of my calories and work out. The side has the heart pulse and super easy to increase the speed and stop when running

It is simple and elegant, and the installation is very convenient. When I first bought it, I was worried that it would not be easy to install after reading the reviews. When I completed the installation by myself, it was quite simple. My daughter also likes running on it.

If you're a serious runner, skip this purchase. I was looking for a smaller treadmill that was basic for brisk walking and jogging and this makes the cut. Pros: fairly compact and easy to set-up/ use. Cons: Belt is not as cushioned as they claim. Very rough run. Roll away function is tricky and support bar is hard to lift. I'm almost afraid the entire thing will come down on me if I'm not careful. Belt length is shorter if you have a long stride. I am about 5'5" and wouldn't recommend for anyone much taller. Conclusion: probably could have found something fairly comparable for $200-$300 less. The 'sale' price still seems high for what it is. Still I am looking forward to using it in the winter months.
