He did find that the whistle wasn’t really powerful, so not sure if it could really be called a rescue whistle. The whistle is attached to the bivvy holder making it easy to have on hand.

Seems durable and held up to waterproof testing in the package. I don’t know how easy it would be to get back in package after use but hopefully you never need it more than once.

This is my first time getting a product from SOL, and it was something that I didn’t realize that I needed. I think that everybody should have one of these in case of emergencies. It comes in a compact box and you can carry it anywhere. I’ll be in my car, especially since there are very heavy winters where I live. This includes a protection shelter, it’s lightweight, and holds heat and is also waterproof. It also has some other versatile features such as a rescue and a tinder cord. I feel safe having this on hand! For the price it’s a great item to keep your mind at ease in an emergency. Recommend to anyone, those who have a car should probably store one in case of an emergency and it really is so compact you barely notice!

It took time to get to him and find him. I was very happy to get this because it would have helped home so much. With a waterproof blanket and an ability to stay warm, everyone should have these. I put it straight into his SUV. I feel better knowing he has this kit. It will be easy to locate. I plan to get a couple more for each vehicle.

However the packaging is nice and I did use it and it’s a pain to fold back up hence why I say emergency use. It is warm though and water proof when wrapped in it.

So, unfortunately I haven't been able to use it, but, from what I have read about the product, is that it's waterproof, windproof, tear proof, has cordage that can be used for fire tinder, & includes an emergency whistle, which are all great factors that could save your life in an emergency situation. If I'm out hiking or out in the wilderness at all, I wouldn't be caught dead without this. Thank you influencer for sending me this complimentary in exchange for my review. I hope I never have to use it, but I'm thankful that I have it in case I ever do.

Planning a camping trip this October so it will be nice to have just in case I need it. It looks very versatile, durable and the good thing is it’s also waterproof. The box is super compact, which is definitely a bonus.

Although I have not had to use this yet I did look at everything in the box. What a great item to keep in your car in case of an emergency. Piece of mind that you have something to keep you dry and warm in addition to the whistle to alert for help. Very useful tool to have. Definitely recommend.

You can reverse it depending on if you want to reflect the heat or not. This is a great product to have for emergency situations. Keep in the trunk of your car for any emergency situation. This is a high-quality product.
