I LOVE this stuff, but it’s a shame they don’t make this Thai Ginger flavor anymore. I used to make easy Tom Kha soup with it by adding coconut cream, veggies, and a protein. It also gives rice a more interesting flavor.

I made a chicken in the oven and used the stock to keep it nice and moist and juicy. It also helped me make a nice gravy once it was cooked. The flavor was super great, I recommend!

Both most of the time get the unsalted one so I can add my seasoning and depending who I'm cooking for. My son loves using this to make his own homemade noodles. And I use it for rice and chicken, for beans, for soups, anything and everything. I love it. I can trust this brand because my grandma used it and show me her recipe. Swanson Unsalted Chicken stock is my favorite.

I love that even though it’s unsalted, it doesn’t just taste like greasy water like other stocks, but has a wonderful chicken flavor that reminds me of homemade stock. I love that I can use it in any recipe that calls for stock (or replace the water in instant potatoes with this stock!) without the added salt.

I feel good serving healthier products to my family, and it sure did make my homemade noodles taste spectacular if I may say so myself. Had a lot of positive comments from family members as I made a large pot of the chicken and noodles and delivered them a couple days ago. No one has any left and they absolutely loved it!!

I try not to add too much salt if I’m making homemade chicken noodle soup so this helps if it’s not already added to the broth. I really liked the taste of the unsalted broth even though it was a little bland. It does work well if you’re making soup.

I like how it has lower sodium and I can alter the spices to the stock as I go. The carton is very easy to read and open. I would prefer this brand over others.
