Yes, I would recommend it. This is the second time I have ordered the organic ginger root tea. It is mild but it does help with digestion. It tastes really good with a little stevia or honey added .

The flavor is rich, the aroma is full, and the taste is generous in ginger. This is the best ginger tea of several brands I have tried.

I have ordered Ginger Root tea many times and have enjoyed it very much. However this last order I placed was not the same. The tea had a very strong ginger taste and it left a burning sensation on my tongue. The formula for this tea has changed and I do not like it and I will no longer order it.

This ginger root tea is amazing. It tastes as if I made it from scratch with fresh ginger. It's great to have after dinner or before bedtime.

This was a very good product, I am not going to be able to use it however, because I seem to be extremely sensitive to it, but those that are not, It was a good way to enjoy an after dinner tea. It is extremely spicy, with a wonderful aroma.

Swanson’s products are usually top notch. As a matter of fact, this might be the first negative review I’ve written on one of their products. But sadly, the Swanson’s Organic Ginger Root Tea is a terrible disappointment. I drink a lot of teas, and often like a cup of ginger tea after a meal. The first time I made this, following the directions exactly, I questioned myself: Did I let the water come to a full boil? Did I allow it to steep long enough? Etc. The water looked exactly the same after the steeping process as it did before, even though I followed directions. Next time I squeezed the teabags through a strainer to the point of breaking them open. Thinking I just somehow was getting teabags with a weak concentration I kept trying. Long story short, the only time my tea even tasted like ginger tea was when I used 3 teabags per 6 ounces of water, then again squeezed the daylights out of all three using a strainer so I didn’t get ginger particles in my tea. I am sorely disappointed with this product. I will use the rest of it by doing as mentioned above, but I will not be ordering this product again.

I've searched everywhere for a ginger tea with no added ingredients and so happy to find this. It has just the right "zing" to it, yet so soothing on the stomach.

l have been drinking Ginger Tea for healthy digestion for years. l love this tea because it is flavorful and invigorating!

The ginger root tea is pleasant tasting and a good value. I paid less at Swanson's than a friend did at a big box store, plus Swanson's is organic.

I found this ginger tea to be a lot weaker than most others I've tried. I've liked most of the swanson brand products I've purchased, but this one fell short. The price is great and you can't argue with the organic ginger, but I think there's just less ginger per bag. I had to use 2 bags for an 8 oz cup because I could barely taste it with 1 bag. If you're short on cash this will suffice, but it's probably not going to be your new "go to" ginger tea.

I was really shocked at how weak this tea is; even when I leave the bag in for up to 10 min it still tastes like I'm just drinking hot water. Along with some other customers, I also hate giving a Swanson product a poor rating because I order other Swanson brand supplements that are wonderful. But this is honestly the worst tea I've ever tasted.

My mother always swore by ginger tea for every possible ailment. It tasted so bad, I would say, Mom, I would rather be sick." Now, here I am drinking it. Who woulda thought. I just add a LOT of lemon (no sugar) to mask the taste (or shock my taste buds). I will say, some of the other herbal teas I try - even the lemon can't mask them.

This is my nightly dinner drink. I just add some lemon juice & stevia. Helps to keep my stomach settled.

This tea is very, very weak....powdery..dont even try to smell the bag of this tea as you get your lungs full of dust. never had issues with this brand til this tea...good thing I bought one pack!
