WELL WORTH THE PRICE! Been using it for some time, and I miss it when I don't. I find my memory and attention to detail has greatly improved. I take it 3X a day. My "mid-day dose" gives my brain a nice and clear "up-lift" from the "3pm blahs". Its actions are smooth and natural. A "must" for anyone's daily vitamin program.

I started taking L-Carnitine several years ago after reading it is good for memory/brain because I have a lot of Alzheimer’s in my family. I am 72 and so far doing pretty good. I have no way of knowing it’s because of L-Carnitine, but I will continue to take it.

I use a fair amount of Swanson products. They have gained my trust over many years and represent a good value for about half of what I use. My Dr. recommended this supplement. The only issue I’m finding is with several of the supplements I take look exactly the same, or very close. Since I don’t take them all daily and most at different intervals, it can be easy to mix them up in my weekly containers. Especially if I want to take some with food, and some not, in my AM/PM weekly organizers. Not the biggest problem maybe, but annoying when I added this supplement that looks just like 3 others I take.

I love Acetyl L-Carnitine. It definitely helps me with short-term memory retrieval. I like to play a Quiz game on line, so most of my focus is trying to choose answers. Then, if I try to remember what the last three QUESTIONS were, I can remember them IF Ì have been taking my Acetyl L-Carnitine. If I skip a couple of days, I see a difference that I would prefer not to see.
