Working night shift has required some extra help to get restful sleep! This product is what I use every day! It has really helped me sleep longer and feel refreshed when I wake up. Sometimes I take it with magnesium which seems to make it even more effective for my body.

I take 10 mgm. Melatonin every night, 1/2 hour before bed and sleep well, getting up only to go to the bathroom. Melatonin is a natural and not habit forming. I know several people who take it. I recommend it to anyone who needs a little help getting to sleep.

I am troubled with insomnia every night. I already take ultimate Ashwagandha and Comprehensive Sleep Formula at bedtime. When I wake up around 2:00 am from pain and other health issues, I take Triple Strength Melatonin and usually fall back to sleep. I keep it on my bed table with a bottle of water .

I know for some people 10 mg isn't enough but I don't have severe insomnia. I had to take these because the 5mg I was taking before wouldn't knock me out fast or it wouldn't keep me asleep all throughout the night. I can usually feel it between 10-20 mins but I do take 1 capsule an hour before bed. I will be buying more because this item personally helps me sleep.
