I had terrible nausea, vomiting and diarrhea from it. Felt like I was absolutely poisoned. It is listed as side effects and some people do have this reaction, just be aware, it could really happen. What saved me - is activated charcoal and apple juice, helps a lot get it out of your system.

I have been taking this for a week and it definitely has helped with going to the restroom! I would say my first 2 days I had headaches but after that it chilled out

If value for the money is a top priority, Swanson Saw Palmetto should be at the top of the list. That said, I find Dr Mercola Saw Palmetto plus lycopene to be more effective for my particular situation.

Have been using Saw Palmetto for a couple of years now. Is one of three supplements my GP suggested that might help to keep my prostrate from increasing in size. Probably all three are helping as I don't get up at night anymore where before starting these supplements I was getting up many times thru the night. Because of this I believe my prostate is shrinking in size or at the very least has kept it from increasing in size.

I got this to replace another brand because that one was becoming difficult to get. This is cheaper and appears to be just as effective. I find it easy to swallow. It's worth the price difference and reliability of supply.

I got this for my husband because his numbers for prostate cancer were higher than they should be so I got saw palmetto because it used in preventing prostate cancer which his father died from.
