Swanson Herbal Supplements Full Spectrum Magnolia Bark 400 mg 60 Caps.

This Magnolia Bark supplement make my sleep issues worst.

It worked as far as controlling the anxiety, but it gave me a severe case of constipation, so I had to stop it.

I always do a taste test when beginning a new herb or supplement brand. When I received Swanson’s Magnolia Bark I opened up a capsule & tasted the powder for freshness & potency. I compared this brand to an other brand (currently out of stock) I had taken before that had been helpful for my chronic "staying asleep" issues. Swanson's brand tasted fresh and did contain the same Magnolia Bark taste as in the other brand, but strength & sharpness was somewhat weaker, (maybe more rice flour had been added). I decided to take more capsules to support my sleep issues. After increasing my dosage to 4 capsules every night before bedtime, I have been sleeping an average of 6 1/2 to 7 hours nightly for the last 2 weeks. I would recommend Swanson’s Brand. It is working so far. However, I wish the potency was stronger! I would then truly save money by needing to take less capsules every night!

Caused bad CONSTIPATION. Glad I finally figured it out as I am a colon cancer survivor of 21 years. Be careful. Would recommend , but works differently on each person.

Normally I stick with standardized herbs but the cost savings and reviews for this one were so good I decided to try it. The standardized Magnolia Bark I usually purchase is about 95% pure. I estimate this product to be about 42% pure so just by doubling amounts I was able to get the potency I needed at a big cost savings.

Seems to help me clear my mind and sleep better.

I'm new to this product, just starting slowly to feel the effects, I'm on the lowest recommended daily dose, I may just raise it a bit now that I cannot feel any adverse reaction.

Cannot be beaten for stress or for restful sleep. It is almost a requirement in this fast paced world; not to mention several other health benefits.

I'm very happy with this stuff. I notice a definite improvement with sleep. I fall asleep quicker, have sweeter dreams, and awaken only after several hours have passed. I rotate between several herbs and other supplements for sleep so I'm not taking the same thing every night. This is a great supplement to have in my rotation. Thanks for making this and the many other wonderful supplements that you provide.

I take it before bed. Takes the edge off of the day and helps me relax for a good nights sleep.

I "discovered" Magnolia bark while working in an herbal store. I answered a phone call from someone looking for it. Sadly, at the time we were unable to be of assistance, nor was it anything I had heard about. The plaintive if not desperate sound of the callers voice haunted me and I set out to do my homework. What I learned about the assistance that people of "a certain age" or stress level might find set me on a course to get it for myself.. I order two at a time now as I can tell the difference when I do not have it Thanks Swanson for making it available!

swanson vitamins ships extremely fast and their products are wonderful. I was having difficulty sleeping and thought I would try their magnolia bark capsules . I went from getting 3-4 hours of sleep without taking the magnolia bark to getting 6-8 hours of sleep when i take the capsules. It has really helped me sleep better and in turn I am less tired the next day and over all have more energy and feel healthier.

I've been using this product for a few months and noticed that it does help me get a deeper more restful sleep; I'm not waking up at 3:00 AM anymore. I take two tablets about one hour before bed.

I heard about this on a Dr TV show and it really does work. When I cannot shut my brain off at night it calms me and helps me to sleep through the night.
