Looks like a great formula until seeing "Other ingredients" contain "soybean oil, carob, soy lecithin, titanium dioxide", and "Contains a bioengineered food ingredient." Have to pass this one.

I like the idea that this product comes in a soft gel, making it much easier to consume. However, I have only noticed a minor impact on my prostate health. I will add pumpkinseed oil to my regimen and hopefully, I can see a more positive change.

My husband has taken Swanson Superior Herbs Saw Palmetto for a couple of years and is happy with it. Since these softgels are taken with just water and any time of day, it is very convenient. Hard to judge the effectiveness for sure but my husband feels it is helpful.
