Not much actual mushroom, all filter, very disappointed, I've gotten many brands of turkey tail they are all a nice brown, these are mostly white I can even see the white swirls that is not even fully mixed, what a rip off also doesn't work very well like all the others have, I used to trust the swanson brand

A home visit nurse recommended taking Turkey Tail during and after radiation therapy to promote healing and reduce scar tissue. I can't tell about that but I've noticed that the cuts and bangs of life all heal 2-3 times faster, the scabs are thinner and there is rarely any scar at all. That convinces me.

I have taken this regularly since cancer diagnosis and treatment after reading it was used in Japan. After 8 years no recurrence or metastasizing. Can't say it's responsible but will stick with it....

A product is only as good as it's (its) worst ingredient. I sometimes open capsules and eat the contents--right from a spoon-- when possible. Provides better absorption, especially when magnesium stearate is added, which tends to hinder or slow absorption. Eating this product revealed the low grade magnesium stearate added to prevent clumping, stearate from animal source. I could taste it, and it is low grade. My fault, should have realized good prices will reveal, if you look for it, corner-cutting somewhere. I don't mind that the capsule is animal gelatin, but the stearate is harder on the system, and does not dissolve like the capsule does. Stearate should always be from vegetable sources.
