I've dealt with chronic telogen effluvium hair loss for over a decade, and have tried a myriad of things to stimulate more growth. I'd read up on pumpkin seed oil being a good DHT blocker, but honestly, I wasn't expecting much. For the price, it was worth giving it a try! I'm so glad I did. It wasn't overnight (as none of the "cures" are), but after my first bottle (a little over three months' worth), I've got noticeable regrowth and thicker, healthier hair. And no negative side effects! I know each case is different, but for me, it's been great.

I purchased it because I heard that it helps prevent frequent trips to the bathroom during the night. Jury's still out on this as I am not getting the relief I had hoped to get consistently.

I have used Swanson's Pumpkin Seed Oil for close to 10 years now. I started using it as a DHT blocker when I noticed my hair was starting to thin. It worked for me since I don't believe I have lost a hair since I started taking it. I'm 63 years old and I plan to continue using Swanson's Pumpkin Seed Oil till I croak. No man wants to loose his hair.
