I am impressed with the history of this product. Because it plays a major role in producing health benefits I hesitate to make comment until significant amount of time has elapsed to allow measurement of positive results.

I don't know if this helps me or not; but I take it in "Faith" because it is the E form that is suppose to give extra help for the heart. It is hard to know if some supplements are working; but I do believe we all have an inner intuition for ourselves, even aside from the general science. Blessings..

I took a gamble after reading BillyC's review about the formula changing from soy oil to rice bran oil, and bought two bottles. To my disappointment, the formula had soybean oil instead of rice bran oil. Soybean oil has no business being in any supplement, most SBO is GMO, and it is a highly unstable oil due to being polyunsaturated. This formula must change in order for me to buy any more. SBO is garbage, rice bran oil is better, but there are way better oils to use as a carrier oil, even cheap olive oil is better. I am usually pretty happy with Swanson's formulas, but this is one that disturbs me, in fact, if I start seeing these cheap, garbage oils in any of their other formulas that I am using, I will move on to another source for supplements. Sorry Swanson, but remember that your customers are savvy to these things, keep quality high along with your good prices.

I do like this product.It seems to be more helpful than other forms of Vitamin E I've taken the past 10-20 years.

Many people supplement with alpha tocopherol and neglect the more effective gamma tocopherol, and the entire tocotrienol family. It is important to use the full spectrum of the vitamin E family.

Delta Gold Tocotrienols are the other half of the Vitamin E family. This product is excellent for heart health and should be taken at least one hour apart from tocopherols that are generally part of multivitamin formulas. I prefer to take my multivitamin with breakfast and Delta Gold Tocotrienols with dinner.

I started taking these a few months back in 50 mg and noticed the label listed Soybean oil, glycerin ... Mfg Date of 02/13, then I reordered recently the 100mg Mfg Date 05/13 and the label says Rice bran oil, gelatin, which I was happy to see since I am trying to exclude anything that contains Soy from my diet! I will definitely now be ordering more of these from Swansons!

Swanson's product is a tocotrienol product that does not contain tocopherols. Love it.

I take vitamin E but learned about the importance of other co-factors, the tocotrienols, that are very important. When we cut down on natural sources of vitamin E we could be missing out on these less common companions of vitamin E. Let's get ALL the good things vitamin E has to offer; taking tocotrienols will insure we get the vitamin's full benefit.

I take these as an addition to mixed tocopherols. It gives my cardiovascular system the protection it needs.

Your probably reading this review because you have done some research already on the benefits of taking tocotrienols but want to order the best type. Scientific studies show the Delta and Gamma work the best. Also DON'T take tocopherol (Vitamin E) at the same time as it will lessen the effects!
