A: Rescue Balm has been tested & clinically-proven non-irritating on the vulva, including the vestibule (vaginal opening). While it can be used in the vaginal canal, we have not conducted thorough clinical testing on this area. I would not buy this again. It wasn't irritating, in the sense that it cause a rash or anything. But it did cause cysts, something i never had before and that went away as soon as I stopped using the product! Definitely not worth the money, in my case

Have purchased this product from a store before and was looking forward to having this product arrive. Sure helps with post menopausal symptoms. Although the first product was thick, this product is much thicker. Even after putting the sealed tube in warm water, nothing could be squeezed out. I used the end of a tweezer to dig into the tube to get some product out. Perhaps the formula has changed? Perhaps these tubes have been sitting on the shelf for awhile and they have dried out? The first tube that I purchased from a store, the product could be squeezed out after removing the cap. Not sure how this will work when I travel back to Canada and deal with cooler house temps.

This is a game changer in addressing some of the issues associated with menopause. It is thick and was difficult to get out of the tube the first couple of times; however, the relief it provides makes it worth the effort.

I have vaginal atrophy and suffer from chaffing and redness. This product is the best I've tried! I put it on after my a.m. shower. I delay putting on panties until it sets a little. Then I'm set for the day. I also use it before bed.

As a wheelchair user, it is so important for me to keep my delicate, sensitive skin healthy. After all, I sit down most of the day. Rescue Balm not only forms a protective barrier, but also nourishes my skin. I've tried several other similar creams/balms, but Rescue Balm is my absolute favorite.It's thick without feeling heavy or greasy. Only wish it came in a bigger tube. I don't mind paying more for an excellent product. Never discontinue, please!!

I really like this product, definitely helped my external dryness & itchiness! Product is thick which makes it hard to squeeze out of the tube, I just unscrew entire cap off to make it easier!

This is a fantastic product, very effective with instant results. Would give 5 stars but the tube is too stiff to squeeze. A container would be better, plus it would allow maximum product availability.
I'll buy again, but please solve the packaging problem.

I have been so uncomfortable for months and cortisone creams were not helping. This product has been amazing . It is well named, I felt relief the first time I used it. It is quite thick so it takes a bit of effort to squeeze it out, but that also means it stays put and doesn't get on your clothing.
