I have been using this for multiple purposes, but generally when I want quick incorporation (like into some chocolate bars I just made). The taste is great and I enjoy the 0 sugar/0 NET carbs! I also keep the granulated on hand too, and the Brown also (for carmelizing nuts). All good - this has helped me break my sugar habit and stay on low carb diet.

I have been using Swerve Confectioner for making whipped icing I use 1 cup of heavy whipping cream and 1tsp of vainilla extract and I add 1/4 c of Swerve Confectioners. It is amazing! You can eat his with absolute confidence.
