It gets the job done. The wheels roll smoothly, the shell is hard plastic, and it holds approximately 30 lbs worth of clothes. I use it as a carry on and haven’t had an issue regarding measurements.

This suitcase is very lightweight and holds a lot. I packed for a week trip and a 5 day trip using it with space to spare. It is my favorite suitcase to date. I do not yet know how it holds up on flight, but its durability can not be worse than that of my other suitcases.

I like the size and how it handles rolling. I was disappointed that it got dented after the first use. But it was nice for the trip and easy to roll around and lift. I enjoyed that it is light weight as well. The handle goes up and down easily and felt sturdy. I like the color as it doesn’t show dirt

Bought this suitcase less than a year ago. Nice roller wheels that are smooth, perfect size for a 10 day trip and not too big, lightweight, handle works well. Disappointed that on our 2nd trip, the black corner pieces are falling off. I would say, try to find the one without the decorative corner pieces and it would be a good bag.

This bag was great while it lasted but the corners dented and then broke off first, then the handle dislodged from where it was connected to the bag, then one of the wheels came off. It was a great size and I wish the listing told you the dimensions of the bag.

Damaged on my first trip. The corner was dented in. The handle doesn’t come out anymore and it is not use-able. Warranty doesn’t cover cheap materials.

Wheels glide very well, even on carpet, and it held up through the typical abuse bags get at the airport. Minor scrapes to be expected, but it really didn't show much wear after our first few trips. No denting, very durable. Highly recommend for the cost.

I bought mine for a quick try to cali cause I didn’t have any medium size boxes. By the time my box got to LAX it was scuffed and scratched. I don’t know that I would ever pay such a huge price for something that can’t even handle being tossed around. As a person who travels a lot this wouldn’t be my ideal go to luggage

Unfortunately, this warranty does not cover accidental damages, unreasonable or improper use, normal wear and tear, improper handling or damages caused by a common carrier, loss of use or consequential damages, nor does it cover repairs attempted by unauthorized persons. If a common carrier damages your product, contact them immediately to file a claim.
