[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This flush mount light worked great for my mule. I mounted it so it would illuminate the dump bed. It makes it much easier to see when I am loading and unloading it at night. It is pretty easy to install especially if you have some knowledge. Wish I would have installed something like this sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I'm happy with this flood light pod. Installation was pretty simple if you already have the mounting hardware on your vehicle. I do a light of flying and driving RC planes and cars at night and this light is perfect as a work light for getting things set up. It has a good flood pattern with a small hotspot in the middle when facing something close but is not as noticeable further away. It has a nice cool white color temperature and at 900 lumens, it's perfect for working on things next to my vehicle. The 2 LEDs are focused and diffused well so it's a uniform lighting pattern, but the lens pattern is slightly visible in the light. At 12V it draws about 582mA and about 7W and at 14 volts it drops to 496mA. I'm not worried about leaving it on with the engine off. The housing of the light is all metal, which should act as a good heat sink, prolonging the life of the LEDs, but it barely gets warm. Overall the light seems to be well built and looks like it'll stand up to any abuse you give it. It is a flush mount light that protrudes very slightly. The lens is polycarbonate which means it should stand up to impacts from rocks and other debris that it might encounter, especially if used for off roading. I'm happy with the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used my SYLVANIA ULTRA FLUSH MOUNT 4 INCH LED POD - FLOOD for a headlight my daughters atv! I flushed it into the front bumper and wow it is bright!!! It's a really clean look too! I love how it's flush with the bumper. The light is super bright and gives me great ability to see all the trails and obstacles ahead! Honestly, there's not much bad to say about the light, but I wish that they would've included a template for cutting out the hole for the light. A template would be install a lot easier! Overall, this is an awesome product and I already have several more in my shopping cart. I'm gonna install them in the rear bumper of my truck for back up and utility lights and then also install them on my utility vehicle for around the yard for those late night yard cleanups and I also might put a couple on my zero turn mower as headlights and backup lights.

I wired it right in to the factory switches on the dash. The light it self is very bright compared to my older Rough country 6 inch bar. Will probably look into getting a couple more for my other vehicles.

I installed 2 of these as backup lights less than 2 years ago on a truck that does not get driven in the winter. One of them is now so dim it is useless. Put in a replacement and that works. Sucks!

I love the fact that it's just 1 light because I am not very good with installing stuff like this so I only had to install one of these and got plenty of brightness for what I needed at half the work! I thought about going with a light that would stick up on my 4wheeler but decided not too and I'm glad I did because I love how great it looks mounted flush and I'm not risking getting it caught or stuck on anything!
