I use this camera in my 2017 camaro and i feel like the camera doesn't work like i want it to. It doesn't capture anything important, like when someone pulled out in front of me. I wish there was a button to manually capture moments, weather its in the app for apart of a software update. it would save the a lot of headache for me.

Bought from car quest (advance Auto parts) finally got around to installing it for a road trip, after a month, same problem everyone else is having beeps won't emit a Wi-Fi signal to connect to the camera. Waste of money.

24 hours after installation I can no longer connect to it and it's beeping as if the SD card is full or not valid.
I have two of these and I'd recommend going another route.

This product is great when it works however, I have two that wind powered just beep. I've tried new microSD I've tried reformatting them. no fix would love it if the software worked.

it's been 2 years, and i've had to warranty this camera 3 times and now that my advance auto warranty is gone it's acting up again and won't even boot up. absolute garbage. it should use bluetooth.

Stuck it to the windshield. It's not recognized by my Android phone so it's impossible to connect. Why did Sylvania make it this complicated?? Just plug it in & it should work. Grrrr...

Terrible app, can't pair cam w/iPhone, but pairs iPod(?). At some point, cam quit charging & shut off; cord works & cam charges w/other cords...IDK. Save time/trouble: buy better cam w/ a better app.

Easy install download Android app and connecting to device uses same button that turns device off so a bit of a learning curve to get it connected to the app. Format supplied card Correctly did update firmware Format supplied card again Worked 3 months no problem Bought 3 pack of 128GB sd Formatted them and device lasted another month Now beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep is all it does.

When I received my Stealth and opened the box this camera was used, plug in cord was broke, returned it and was replaced, new one beeps constantly, have done everything to reset it nothing works.

This sucks, dash cam is fine but you need to control it all through an app that doesn't even work so Idek how it looks in the car if it can see the road good or anything literally can't see a thing

I bought this for my Ford F150. It worked for about 2 days than stopped sending a wifi signal. I updated the firmware, reformatted the SD Card, I have even rest the camera. NOTHING works. I wasted my money on something that does not work and something I believe that the company knew had / has problems. The ? help button on the app is absolutely useless. Customer service is non-existent. I can't anyone to talk with, and no way to get my money back.

Difficult to use. The app that you are required to download doesn't work for android, they know the app doesn't work. If I would have known this I would have never purchased this. The guide that comes with it is only one sheet. Takes forever to download videos. The videos are only 2 to 3 minutes long and are clippy at best on all settings. I've been trying to download 3 videos for 2 days now.
Not sure if I would get this again.

It worked good for a month or so and then the beeping began like the sd card was full and it couldn't record so I plugged the card into my computer at home to erase the card and use the camera again. No big deal right? Wrong. The information is protected as far as I could tell and wouldn't let me wipe the card which I thought was a good thing because that means someone can't take the card and delete the videos behind my back until I put the card back in the camera and tried to connect straight to the camera to free up some space on the card. The camera no longer puts off the wifi hotspot required to connect to it so I'm at a loss at this point. No matter how many times I've reset and rebooted the camera it just doesn't have a wifi signal anymore and I would like a refund or a warranty replacement. It had a good quality picture for the 30 or so days that it did work though…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was not able to connect the camera to the app. The instructions made it seem as if it would be easy to install but I had to do a lot of research on how to pair it. There was not much information available even though there was a trouble shooting guide. Could not find a resolve for any of my issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tried this out with me because he has a license i dont. This one was more clearer then the other off brand one we got. Love the wide angle on it. Were replacing our windshield first then putting it up higher, my hubby velcroed it to the dash. Love sd card you can easily look at the videos on your pc. Good to have for proof of a accident or just recording your road trip. Looking to buy the rear camera for it, my husband loved the fact of having another camera hooked to it. I absolutely love this camera it is my favorite right now. I recommended to a few of my friends already and family member.
