• ERGONOMICALLY DESIGNED – The hexagonal frame of the Synergee Hex bar allow for easier pick up from the ground and reduce the strain on your hands and back. There are two options for weight: 25kg which has raised and standard height handles, and the 20 kg which only has standard height. Both hex bars have 750 lb capacity, and with 10 inch sleeves you can add plenty of additional weight to improve your strength and increase the intensity of your workouts.
• LESS STRAIN, LIFT MORE – The Synergee Hex Bar is ideal for heavy lifters who regularly pull from the ground and who want to reduce their chance of injury and lower back strain. Our bar was designed to keep the weight evenly distributed through the body’s midline and allow for linear bar path. Less injury means less interruptions to your training, which means more gains over time.
• WHAT’S IN THE PACKAGE – Choose between Black Phosphate and Chrome finishing, and a 20 kg or 25 kg barbell. The 25 kg Hex Bar has raised and standard-height handles; and the 20 KG standard height handles ONLY. Both the 20 KG and 25 KG bars feature 10 inches of loadable sleeve length on either side, and are 56 inches in total length.
