Synergee Adjustable Ankle/Wrist Weights

I’m benefiting using these weights to build strength after knee surgery.

So comfortable and easy to use daily. I wear them to work under my scrubs and at the gym when I am on the treadmill. Super easy to adjust. A must add to any gym freaks out there. I love using them.

I'm a big fan of these ankle weights. I've been using them nonstop for the past three weeks since they arrived. And they're serving me well. I was concerned about so many different components, having opted for the 20lb set, and I still haven't found a great solution for reliably storing the weights I'm not using. It Synergee included some sort of stylish storage solution, I probably would have purchased that. Likewise, using the double loop feature is kind of weird, in that I still dont feel like I'm using it correctly sometimes. I didn't see them come with an instruction manual, which would've been nice. That said, the operation seems very intuitive and easy to figure out and the apparatus itself is fantastic--effective, comfortable to use, and in spite of the challenges, I love the modularity it. As a martial artist, the weights stay in place and relatively comfortable across a range of different motions and intensities. Changing the weight and distribution of the weights is easy, and the material feels fine on my bare skin across long-training sessions, which is really important for me. I really enjoy the seamless design of similar products, but I think it's amazing that the designers of this product allowed for adjustment up to 10lbs each. Its the coolest product I could find on the market that goes up this high. Again, all in all, I'm very satisfied with this product.

These ankle weights are substantial in weight and materials. The individual 2lb sand bags are easy to remove and put back in for weight adjustment which is why I got them. Am happy with my purchase.

I like them however the velcro doesn't stick as well after the first use.

Loved the weight of these but they were difficult to adjust. I have a pretty athletic build and struggled to keep them from sliding.

This company seems good but the 20lb ankle weights are too large to use

These ankle weights are fantastic! The best part of these is that I can change the amount of weights in each. The ability to customize based on my needs is a game changer. The materials are high quality and retain their shape after using. I can wear them outside for walks and workouts or even around the house doing chores to add a little bit of resistance to my normal day. Finally the price point for the quality and functionality can’t be beat!

I may just have skinny calves/ankles but I had some trouble getting these tight enough to not try to slide down. Not surprising though for 20lbs. I didn't have that issue with the 5lbs ankle weights.

I am thrilled with my Synergee ankle weights. They are of excellent quality. Designed to last. They fit so well that they never slip when doing my leg lifts. The velcro is long and adheres tightly. I was concerned that they might made of toxic material, but they had no chemical smell when I opened the packaging that they came. I highly recommend this product!

First off, i have skinny ankles and i dont think i realized how big these would be on me so make sure you realize that these are big! The design is well done, when you wrap it around your ankle (or my leg in my case) it feels real secure. I ended up ordering the wrong weight but the return process was easy. I liked the quality, feels durable. It does the job!

I tried saving money buying a cheaper brand and returned them right after opening the box. Synergee ankle weights are quality made using strong materials on all parts. Each weight pouch is tough and sturdy, the straps are heavy duty with lots of velco. These are not flimsy products and will last for many years of daily use.
