It's a well cut, easy to assemble plywood box with grip tape. took me 20 mins to set up with my toddler "helping". First one broke during assembly (the only reason this is a 4 and not a 5), but customer service was fantastic and they shipped me a new box right away.

This is a high quality box and it arrived quickly. My favorite aspect is the quality of the non-slip surface. Most other non-slip Plyo boxes while, having a similar honeycomb pattern etched into the surface, are actually quite smooth, making them more slippery than a wooden Plyo box. But the Synergee non-slip surface is highly textured and provides a truly reliable non-slip surface.

2 stars removed because of the poor tolerances in the internal bracing. Without shims, the internal braces fall out of place as soon as you flip the box over. I had to cut some shims to use where the braces connect with each other and where they touch the internal walls of the box. I also had to use an additional screw to hold the braces together, which meant drilling a pilot hole for the screw. What should have been a 20 minute assembly took over an hour. After the box was assembled it worked great. Very stable.

I had some issues assembling the box, and customer service walked me through it over the phone quickly and easily. The box was a bit tedious to assemble with all of the screws and the instructions weren’t always clear, but now that all of that is behind me, I’m a happy user of this product. It’s great for a home gym!

Awesome addition to my home "zen dojo". The surface coating on the box is great; not too sticky, but provides good traction. I love the hex pattern, too. The 3 height options are perfect for the clientele I work with, and it's very sturdy!

Assembly was a bit more tedious then I had thought it would be(lots of screws) and the instructions are vague to say the least(could have use markings on each piece as it relates to placement). With that being said once assembly has been completed the item is perfect. Sturdy and the non slip coating is great!!!!

I ordered multiple plyo boxes. Decent product. Though, Many chipped edges out of the box. My only complaint. Build is good and directions are good. Customer service stepped up and matched competitors price. We have multiple Synergee products. Will remain loyal to the brand.
