• 400 LB CAPACITY – The Synergee Wall Mounted Dip Station is designed from steel, manufactured with precision, and has a 400 lb maximum weight capacity! This station was designed with your workouts in mind: it can hold most athletes’ bodyweight and also provides room for adding more weight to increase the challenge! Perform your dips, knee raises, and rows to build your strength; and add a weighted vest or clip in a kettlebell to increase your work capacity!
• ERGONOMIC DESIGN – This Dip Station is designed to give you a wicked workout while providing the right amount of comfort and support. Each of our 1”-diameter handles are surrounded in a rubber layer that is comfy on your hands and helps with grip. We provide handles for reverse rows and dips that are parallel to the ground; handles for L sits and knee raises that are perpendicular; and a padded cushion to rest your elbows and forearms.
• WHAT’S IN THE PACKAGE – The Synergee Wall Mounted Dip Station includes (2) Dip Arms. When installed, they extend 24.2” from the wall. Each arm has (2) handles, forearm/elbow cushion, and a mounting platform. These can be installed on concrete or drywall; screws required for installation, as well as an instruction manual, are provided. NOTE: If installing to drywall, additional purchase of a wooden board to adequately mount to wall studs will be required.
