Very very good It’s nice to know you’re doing something positive for yourself. I originally liked Traumeel which doesn’t seem to be available in the US anymore.

This is the best arnica cream for sore muscles. I know it’s more expensive than other brands but it has extra ingredients and works great for me.
Never without both the cream and tablets - only pain killer and swelling & bruising reducer I use.

Many times I've used this cream combined with T-relief tablets and been able to prevent almost all swelling and bruising. First used it when I was pawed on the forehead by a horse and had to get stitches. Now I use it almost exclusively in place of aspirin, Advil or anything else for headaches, muscle pain, and sinus, tooth and ear aches. A friend who had seen that exact injury multiple times could not believe my eyes didn't swell shut. I had almost no bruising or swelling and didn't take any prescription pain killers - only this. I've used it and given it to other horse owners with the same results -- even for bad kicks that broke the skin and one who got kicked in the chest by both hind feet and knocked out. Never go without it.

I was worried when I first heard that Traumeel was no longer on the market. However, this replacement ointment works just as well so I definitely recommend this.
