These are delicious, LARGE, vegan sausages, each providing 15 grams of pea protein. I like that they do not contain soy. After cooking them for 12 minutes in a pan with canola oil, I stripped off the film coating each sausage although the film is edible. The flavor of the sausages is savory and not too spicy for a spice wimp like me. I am a vegan and would buy these sausages again even though I feel they are a little expensive. The taste makes them worth the cost!

Literally my FAVORITE plant based sausage on the market. I may have a conniption if target doesn't keep these stocked. They're lower calorie and have a much better fat/protein ratio than impossible and I still prefer the flavor. They're also much more affordable than impossible. I would reach for these before impossible any day. Tabitha brown, I love you.

These are my go to vegan sausages!!!! I had given up trying to find a good vegan sausage with no soy, and then I found these! They’re so flavorful and the texture is spot on. I have cooked these on the grill and in the air fryer and they never disappoint. I’ve even use them in my breakfast burrito and it was amazing! I highly recommend these!

I absolutely love both flavors of these meatless sausages, this one and the cilantro/jalapeño version. None of the flavors are overwhelming. The mango, for example, is present as a light sweetness but the sausages don't taste fruity. And the jalapeño is not very spicy, in my opinion. These are weirdly realistic sausages that even have a realistic casing, which grossed me out at first but I got over it. I really hope these stick around at Target!

Easy to cook and pleasantly flavorful. They are a bit slimy texture before cooking but that's how meat sausage is too! When fried in stainless steel pan with olive oil they have a nice mild flavor and smell. So far I used 2 for a vegetarian breakfast scramble. It gave the dish a nice texture and flavor!

My husband would commit a crime to get these (kidding, of course). They have a great flavor profile of both savory & a little bit sweet. Vegan sausages in general can have a rubbery or tough texture, but not these. They’re an enjoyable eat. Thanks Tabitha Brown for offering quality vegan options at Target!
