Great boots but need a little breaking in, unlike the Taft Chukkas I have. But these are rugged and look great with jeans or khakis. They are unlined so note that. Also do run a bit large. But overall great boots, just like my other Taft boots!

Sole is incredibly comfortable, the lace design is perfect for getting a large foot (14) in and out quickly, leather work is clean and without issue. Only complaint is I bought a spoon for a knife fight; I use these on rocky and dirty terrain, and my next pair will have the more rugged sole as these ones are wearing quite quickly.
