Dextrose is not used to sweeten our product, but rather to lower its freezing point – a critical function in frozen dessert making. Q: Is there much lemon juice in it? I’m having reflux/esophagitis and lemon juice can aggravate it. I love mango and tolerate it fine. Thanks!

A: Hi Marcy, the ingredients in this product is as follows: mangos· water· sugar· dextrose· lemon juice· carob gum. Also, sorbet is the italian word for sorbet and is 100% dairy-free because it's made with water, sugar, and oftentimes includes fruit, fruit juice, and or/fruit puree. Talenti's Sorbettos are uniquely crafted to contain more of the good stuff like fresh fruit to create a rich, smooth, velvety texture - it's almost hard to believe they're 100% dairy-free. Absolutely delicious. I move from a tropical island to the states and was craving mango and tried this sorbet and it tasted as if I grabbed a fresh mango from the tree and put it in the fridge. I could eat the entire pint in a sitting. It doesn’t have that many calories compared to most ice creams and also is dairy free so that’s a plus as someone that’s lactose intolerant.

This is such a delicious favor. I've been having the mango for years and I have yet to try another one. I almost ordered raspberry, but I stuck to what I know and love. The only way it could be better is if it actually has bits of Mango 😋

My husband who benches 425lbs could not open this ice-cream. The manufacture is fully aware, and has been working on this issue for a very long time. It will melt before you can open. Good but at what cost? Returning: Costs you in gas. Not convenient. I could make my icecream in less time for travel and opening. They need more circles on the inner rim of lid. Screw driver required.

No one, I mean NO ONE, has lived until they try the Alphonso Mango. It’s fabulous, incredible, marvelous, divine, SOOOO yummy and SO “Mango-ee”. I eat at least 4-5 containers of the Mango every week. Truly, there is nothing like it! Just BUY IT and see for yourself! I’m 5’4” tall and I weigh124 lbs. and I don’t exercise and I don’t diet. I just eat Talenti Mango after dinner. Really! And no…I wasn’t paid to write this!

This Sorbetto is so good. It makes my mouth water just thinking about it! It's kind of sweetly tart & very refreshing - not heavy at all and the perfect treat on a hot day. It's hard not to eat the entire carton at one sitting or to take the time to get a bowl out.

I absolutely love this ice cream!. Ever since my sister had her vegetarian diet, she bought this ice cream and after a few weeks after she moved out, It was just sittin in there waiting to be eaten. So I took the initiative and took a spoonful and immediately fell in love with it!! Sounds crazy, I know!. But I friggin loved it!! It is now one of my comfort ice creams and don’t get me started on the coffee chocolate chip one! I can write you a college essay on that!.

I MUST have this sorbet everyday after dinner! I have never had any other sorbet that comes close to the deliciousness of Talenti’s Alphonso Mango sorbet. When it is out of stock at my local grocery store, I get upset haha. I suggest making them in gallon sizes!
